leaders for leading us in worship, it's a difference between a music team, a band, a group of assembled singers and worship leaders, these folks are doing a tremendous job, anybody ready for a move of the Holy Ghost? Well, we're in a move of the Holy Ghost, I hope you're ready.

We're not waiting for God to move, God is moving. I, if you want to be seated for just a moment, I do have a couple of things that I need to take care of, but if you'll forgive me, I'm not, I'm not doing it right now. We're about, the presence is right for the man of God to come and preach. I told you guys, at some different places I've talked to many of you and, and I told you

that the man of God that was coming was not going to bring the breakthrough that Wisconsin needs, desires and has prayed for. But what's going to happen is if we will prepare the atmosphere that God was going to move through this man of God and was going to speak to where we are. I've got a newsflash for somebody. The way is prepared.

And the man of God is here. Brother Bobby Wade is my friend. He's not just my friend, he's my brother in the Holy Ghost. And he is, above all things, he is a man that is submitted to his leadership. He is a man that is committed to the cause of Christ. He is a man that comes here with the blessing of our great district board, the invitation of the men's ministry, and in the anticipation of the men of the great state of Wisconsin.

Would you welcome my friend, my brother, a man of God, Reverend Bobby Wade. Come on, and let's give that to the Lord. Can we give the Lord all the praise we can? Oh, hallelujah. Somebody give God all the praise you can. Just give me a minute.

I want us to give the Lord all the praise we can. Now, we're worshiping the Lord, but let's give the Lord some praise, because he's worthy of the praise. Oh, hallelujah. Oh, hallelujah. Oh, hallelujah. Oh, hallelujah. Oh, hallelujah. Now, I'm thankful for this music. Man, the music is outstanding. Has the music been outstanding? I'm thankful for the music, but I like to praise God without it, and I'll tell you why I like

to praise God without the music, because you're not going to have this music when you get in your car tomorrow, and you're going to have to know how to praise God without emotional stimulation. And so, I want us to begin to praise the Lord one more time, and give the Lord a shout of praise, because something's getting ready to shift in this house. I said, something's getting ready to shift. Something's getting ready to change.

I feel something changing right now. If I needed a miracle, I'd begin to praise the Lord with everything I had right now. No, I said, if I needed a miracle, I'd begin to praise the Lord right now, and I'd begin to praise the Lord for it like it already happened. Oh, hallelujah.

Oh, hallelujah. I don't understand non-praisers. I don't understand non-praisers, because when God's been so good to you, when God's been so good to me, I'm not waiting on what's next. I'm going to give God some praise, and there's no need of us lying and saying we ain't emotional.

That devil's a liar. Oh, hallelujah. Stop saying I'm not emotional, because if somebody gave you that $1 billion lottery ticket, we'd see how emotional we are. Okay, I got to behave. Praise the Lord. Oh, hallelujah. I found out that when people tell you make yourself at home, they really don't mean it. Oh, hallelujah.

I found out they don't really mean it, because, well, you know, make yourself at home, but what that actually means is stay in the living room. You don't get to go to the kitchen on your first visit. Just stay in the living room and take your shoes off before you come in. Oh, hallelujah. But the Lord is going to get up in people's living room today. And so I'm honored to be here in this great district.

I thank the Lord for all of you wonderful men. And I want to give honor tonight to Brother Doug Chapman. What a great man of God. Your men's director, a great man of God. Oh, hallelujah. And, of course, we want to give honor to this wonderful district superintendent and Bishop Booker and all of the leadership of this district.

We thank the Lord for you. And this doesn't happen by accident, folks. The Lord has raised up great men in this district. Oh, hallelujah. I'm just honored to be here. We're going directly to the word of the Lord. And I hope you don't have leaving on your mind. I got preaching on mine. Oh, hallelujah. And I'm going to try to behave.

But they want me to be me. And I don't know anybody else to be but me. I gave up on trying to be somebody else a long time ago. Oh, hallelujah. Praise God. The book of Deuteronomy, chapter number two. And verse number two. Oh, hallelujah. Oh, hallelujah.

Deuteronomy, chapter number two and verse number two. And the Lord spake unto me, saying. Somebody say, this is the Lord talking. The Lord is saying this. And the Lord spake unto me, saying. You have come past this mountain long enough. You have come past this mountain long enough. Turn and go to Wisconsin.

Turn and go northward. Turn and go northward. I want to talk to this great body of men. Oh, hallelujah. I want to talk to you tonight from this subject, breakthrough without advancement.

Oh, hallelujah. Breakthrough without advancement. God is going to help us here tonight. In the name of the Lord Jesus, would you lift your voice and lift your hands to the Lord and ask the Lord to help us. Father, I thank you for the word of the Lord. I thank you for the power of God that is in this room. I thank you now, Lord, that you have ordained this moment. That there will be another moment like this ever again.

But this is a one-of-one moment. And I praise you and I magnify you and I glorify you. And I'm excited about what you're going to do. Now, Lord, we bind every hindering spirit. Whether it be human or otherwise. In the name of Jesus. In the name of Jesus. And if you believe the Lord's going to help us. I want you to clap your hands to the Lord. And ask and give the Lord all the praise that you can. One more time. Give the Lord some praise in this house.

Oh, hallelujah. Oh, hallelujah. Oh, hallelujah. Oh, there's a miracle power in this house. Oh, hallelujah. Look at your neighbor and tell him, you better give me some room today. Oh, hallelujah. You better give me some room tonight. You better give me some room tonight. Because what you see now is the last time you're going to see me like this.

Oh, hallelujah. What you see now is the last time you're going to see me like this. This version of me is the last time you're going to see this version of me. Oh, hallelujah. Some of you didn't do it. But I said, look at your neighbor and tell him, this is the last time you're going to see this version of me. This is the last time you're going to see this version of me.

You can be seated in the presence of the Lord. Oh, hallelujah. Hallelujah. I feel militant power in here. I'm thankful for the new birth. I'm excited about the new birth. I am convinced that our problem has been is that we do not totally understand the power and the validity of the new birth.

The new birth, my good brothers, is not a religious exercise. Oh, hallelujah. The new birth is not a religious exercise. The Bible says in the book of St. John, chapter number three, it says these words. Jesus, Jesus speaking to Nicodemus, he says to Nicodemus, except a man be born again of spirit, he cannot see.

Oh, hallelujah. You cannot see without spirit baptism. And this is what I'm thankful for, the spirit baptism, because that which I could not see before, I can see now. Hallelujah. The deliverance I couldn't see before, I can see now. The miracle that I couldn't see before, I can see now. The thing that God has spoken about my family, I couldn't see it before, but I can see it now.

Because this is what happens when you are born again of spirit. Oh, hallelujah. Oh, hallelujah. Oh, hallelujah. I will say it again. Until you are born again of spirit, you cannot see. So when I was born again of spirit, and I received the baptism of the Holy Ghost, in spite of what the devil said I could not have,

I can see it because I've been born again of spirit. And you can't see what you can't see. Oh, hallelujah. Oh, hallelujah. Oh, hallelujah. Somebody shout, I can see it. I can see it. I can see it. I can see it. I can see it in my church. I can see it in my family. I can see it in my marriage.

Oh, hallelujah. Hallelujah. So without spirit baptism, you cannot see. But Jesus wanted us to know. Now, this is very important. Because when you went down in water, now, this is very important. I want the men of this district to hear what I'm going to tell you. When you went down in water, it was not a religious ritual. Oh, no, it was not.

It was not a religious ritual. It wasn't so you could get a little piece of paper after they put afterwards and get your picture taken. Hallelujah. It was not so you could blow the party whistles. I want the men of this district to hear what I'm going to tell you. It was not something where you went down dry and came up wet. I would propose to the Wisconsin district here tonight that when you went down in water, baptism in the name of Jesus is an act of war.

You didn't hear what I just said. Baptism is an act of war. And it's an act of war because it takes you out of one kingdom and puts you into another kingdom. Oh, hallelujah. Oh, hallelujah. You didn't hear what I just said. The devil didn't mind so much your spirit baptism. But when you went down in water, it was a declaration of war that I transferred kingdoms.

Oh, hallelujah. Oh, hallelujah. So this is why you've been fighting stuff you couldn't explain. Hallelujah. This is why when you decided to go down in water, all kinds of chaos broke loose. Because you transferred kingdoms. Because you transferred kingdoms.

You transferred kingdoms. You transferred kingdoms. And you entered into an opposing kingdom. We don't like warfare vernacular in the church now because it sounds too aggressive. It just sounds a little aggressive, Bishop Booker.

We don't like the warfare vernacular because it sounds just a little too aggressive. And we have a generation that wants us to dumb it down. Oh, you'll have to forgive me. But we have a generation that wants us to take it easy and say, don't push too hard. But I'm going to tell you all something here tonight. I want this church to hear what I'm going to tell you today.

My brothers, I've come all the way from Texas to tell this group of men that this church that you're a part of, God built breakthrough into your DNA. Hallelujah. God built breakthrough in your DNA. God put breakthrough in the DNA of the church. That it was never the will of God for you to go months and months and months and months and not have a breakthrough.

Did I hear somebody? Is anybody hearing what I'm saying? God didn't intend for your church to go months and months and months without anybody getting the Holy Ghost. It wasn't the will of God for you to go months and months and months and live in the same junk. You didn't hear what I just said. I want you to hear me. We can get a breakthrough anytime we want. Did you hear what I just said?

You can get breakthrough anytime you want. I would tell Wisconsin, breakthrough is not our problem. Oh, hallelujah. I said breakthrough is not your problem. Ah, yeah, look at your neighbor and tell him, breakthrough ain't the problem. Breakthrough is not the problem. Breakthrough is not the problem. The Lord spoke to me, and I don't believe in lying on God.

The Lord spoke to me, and he said to me, Bobby, he don't call me Brother Wade. He said, Bobby, my people are masters of breakthrough, but they do not advance. Oh, hallelujah. They are masters of breakthrough, where we go from conference to conference, and we get the goosebump machine running. Oh, hallelujah. Don't get down to dumps.

We're going somewhere. And we are masters of breakthrough. Just sing the right song, and we'll get engaged. Just get the right preacher, and we'll get engaged. Ah, breakthrough ain't the problem. Ah, yes, that's exactly right. But the Lord said, my people do not advance. He said what has happened is, is we have grown comfortable with going around the same mountain.

Ah, hallelujah. We have gone around the same mountain, and I don't know about you, but I'm tired of going around the same junk. Ah, can I come down here and just be me? I'm tired of going around the same depression. I'm tired of going around the same habit. I'm tired of going around the same junk all the time. We got to have some advancement in this district. Oh, hallelujah. Somebody better let your voice and pray in the Holy Ghost just a minute.

I'm busting something up in the Holy Ghost right now. I'm busting up a mentality that says it's okay just to get a breakthrough and stay the way I've always been. That devil is a liar. You've got to make up your mind right now. I'm not going around that same thing.

This has been the problem. The problem has been, it's not that we don't love God. The problem is, we come to church, we come to church, and we get a breakthrough. Ah, hallelujah. You see, we come to the altar, and we get a breakthrough, and we get a touch. We get a touch from God. We get anointed, we get refreshed, only to go back to the same junk we came out of when

we got here. And the problem has been is that we have learned how, you know, God has never intended for you to go around the same mountain. God never intended for you to go around the same thing week after week and month after month. Same junk, just a different day.

Same scenery, just a different year. I'm preaching to some pastors in here right now. I'm preaching to some ministries in here right now. I'm preaching to some men that's been dealing with the same junk for 10 years in your marriage. And ain't nothing changed. Oh, I'm coming after it in the Holy Ghost. I'm talking about there are men in this room that your kids are going through the same junk all the time. I can't figure out what's going on in here.

I don't need another breakthrough. I need to make a turn out of this thing. Somebody look at your neighbor and tell them, I don't need another breakthrough. I had that last time. Oh, look at them and tell them, I don't need another breakthrough. I had that last time. But what I need is an advancement. I need an advancement. I need to take a turn up at men's camp.

Mahatayohoshat. So what's ended up happening is, is that we come to the altar, we cry. And we get down there. Please don't, please, please forgive me. I'm not being rude. I'm just telling you what the reality is. We come down and we get a touch. Only to get up. Because what we have failed to do is understand what happens after the altar.

Hallelujah. Hallelujah. And Pentecost has done this inadvertently. They didn't really mean to do it. But we have learned how. You know, Paul says in Romans chapter 1, he says, For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ. He says, For it is the power of God unto salvation. Hallelujah. Is that what he said? But watch what he says in the next verse.

In verse 17, he says, For therein is the righteousness of God revealed. And he said, The righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith. But if we're not careful, Brother Fletcher, if we're not careful, we have taught our people how to go from broken to broken. We have taught our people how to go from broken to broken.

From crisis to crisis. Ah, yes. Ah, ah. Am I okay in here? We have taught our people. And I want to preach to the men of this district. That it ain't the will of God for you to go from broken to broken. Ah, yes. Well, Brother Wade, you know, they taught us that God is drawn to our brokenness. Ah, I'm going to bust it up here tonight. God is drawn to our brokenness.

And I would tell you, yes, God is drawn to our contrite spirit. But God never intended for you to stay broken. God never intended for you to stay down. God never intended for you to stay down like that. God intended for you to live from faith to faith. Somebody better lift your voice and pray in the Holy Ghost right now.

Somebody better pray in the Holy Ghost. I don't know about you, but I'm tired of living broken. I'm tired of living broken. When God said I called you to be free. I'm tired of you living broken. When I called you to an advancement. Ah, this is where the church is tonight. We've got to get beyond the emotion of it all. And we've got to tell God today is going to be a day I take a turn. Today is going to be the day that I stop saying tomorrow.

And I operate in the right now. Wow. Okay. Okay. I don't know. Some of y'all believe me. See, Bishop Booker, I'm going to tell you something. If you don't mind. See, none of y'all really know me. But I used to weigh over 600 pounds.

Not figuratively, literally. Okay. Listen, hold on. I'm not going on Oprah Winfrey. I'm not going on Oprah Winfrey. I used to weigh over 600 pounds. Well, praise God. And I've lost 500 pounds. Not figuratively, literally.

And somebody's like, well, I know y'all going to be wanting to line up at the church and ask me how I did it. Well, I'm going to give you the secret. Are you ready? The first thing I had to do was divorce little Debbie. Debbie. Debbie.

Oh, hallelujah. I had to divorce little Debbie. I had to get rid of the oatmeal cream pies. I had to get rid of the nutty buddies. But the Lord came to me in a dream. And the Lord said to me, Bobby, I have doors that are open for you.

You can get your head in, but you can't get your body in. I know what some of y'all are thinking. God's cracking fat jokes. Well, praise the Lord. God's cracking fat jokes. God is being mean. See, I'm going to tell you, when God starts telling you something you don't want to hear,

you can't start getting offended when he starts saying what you don't like. This is why you can't quit church every six weeks when your pastor gets up and says, you know, you probably shouldn't be doing that. You probably shouldn't be going there. You probably shouldn't be operating that way. You probably shouldn't be using that language on social media.

every agreement that I have knowingly or unknowingly made with poverty with lack with wantonness and with always having a need. Because you can't serve the city that you're in if you're always talking down. I'm sorry y'all.

Because there's a difference between being poor and being broke. Poor is a stronghold. Broke is a temporary status. And we're getting ready to break some

agreements. We're getting ready to break some agreements with worthlessness, with despair, with hopelessness, with depression, with anxiety. We're getting ready to say it out of our mouths. And we're getting ready to tell that thing not only are we breaking agreement with you, we hate you. We don't want nothing to do with you.

Oh, how do you? Some of you have held on to an offense for years and years and years. It's time to break the agreement with it right now. Some of you have held unforgiveness in your spirit for years and years and years and it's time to break agreement with it right now because it's poisoned your family. And when we do,
